The new line of bottles for the Palmolive BASIC shampoo are now out in Holland. Brand new design in Amsterdam has designed the bottles with the labels illustrated by Mikael Kangas. The illustrations show the active ingredients in the different shampoos with everything from Almond milk to Nettle extract. Click to view bottles.

Illustrations for +rosebud magazine, an annual international editorial project by Austrian Ralf Herms. Each issue has a specific theme and for the 6th issue the theme was "Ideal" (isbn 3899551621). The 6-page spread by Mikael Kangas explores the ideals and creatures in the world of fairytales.
